Legal terms governing the use of the SENZIB website and services.
1. Definitions
A cookie is a small value stored by a browser and sent with later requests. localStorage remains on the device and is not automatically sent to the server. Security providers may use similar signals to assess request integrity.
2. Responsible parties

3. Technologies currently used
theme-mode cookie: system, light, or dark; path /; up to 365 days; SameSite=Lax; Secure on HTTPS; may be shared with .senzib.uz subdomains;
theme-mode localStorage: backup storage of the same theme choice until the user clears it;
URL language structure /, /ru, and /en; no separate language cookie is required and Uzbek is the first-visit default;
Cloudflare Turnstile: short-lived, single-use verification token and security signals; SENZIB validates the token server-side and does not use it for advertising.
4. Categories and purposes
strictly necessary: form protection, abuse prevention, and secure request delivery;
functional: remembering the selected light, dark, or system theme;
analytics and marketing: not used in the current version.
5. Basis and future tools
Necessary technology supports secure requested functionality, while the theme value follows the user’s explicit choice. If optional analytics or advertising tools are introduced, this Policy will be updated and prior consent requested where required.
6. Cloudflare information
Cloudflare may receive the IP address, browser and device characteristics, page, time, and behavioural security signals. SENZIB receives a result and limited-life token. Cloudflare applies its own privacy terms.
7. Controls
use the header switch to replace the theme preference;
delete or block cookies in browser settings;
clear localStorage through browser site-data controls;
blocking necessary technology may reset the theme or prevent protected form submission;
Do Not Track does not change operation because the website performs no behavioural advertising tracking.
