License and subscription sales terms
Legal terms governing the use of the SENZIB website and services.
1. Seller and contacts

2. Buyer and authority
A buyer may be an individual, entrepreneur, or legal entity. Anyone approving or paying for an organisation confirms authority and must provide correct billing, account, product, user-count, and term details.
3. Order contents
product or widget name and edition;
plan and licensed users, accounts, objects, or another unit;
subscription term and start date;
price, currency, taxes, payment method, and deadline;
included setup, implementation, training, and support;
vendor requirements and information to be supplied by the buyer.
4. Contract formation
Website descriptions and “on request” pricing are informational. SENZIB verifies current availability and vendor pricing after an enquiry.
An order becomes agreed upon contract signature, written proposal acceptance, invoice payment, or another expressly designated acceptance action.
5. Price and payment
The order document fixes the price. Later list-price changes do not alter a fully paid term unless a vendor or mandatory law requires otherwise. Payment is complete when funds are credited. The payer bears payment fees unless agreed otherwise.
6. Activation and delivery
activation follows cleared payment and receipt of complete accurate information;
delivery may be activation in an account, account creation, or an electronic key;
vendor activation, access delivery, or key delivery proves electronic supply;
delays caused by incomplete information, vendor review, blocked accounts, or buyer action extend performance accordingly;
the buyer must promptly review and report activation errors.
7. Third-party vendor terms
Third-party products are licensed by their respective owners under vendor licence, privacy, technical, and acceptable-use rules. SENZIB assists with selection and activation but does not own vendor infrastructure or control unilateral vendor changes.
8. SENZIB widgets and trials
widget pricing is provided on request;
available paid periods are 7 months including 1 bonus month, and 13 months including 3 bonus months, unless an individual proposal states otherwise;
an available widget may be tested free for 7 days; repeat trials for the same account may be restricted;
there is no separate one-time installation fee unless extra work is ordered;
basic setup and support for Profitbase Export and Meta Conversions are included within the agreed scope;
Property Sales Toolkit setup is charged separately;
Profitbase Export requires an active paid Profitbase application or trial; expiry of Profitbase access may stop the widget and is not a widget defect.
9. Implementation and support
Unless expressly included, a third-party licence price excludes audit, implementation, integration, migration, development, training, and ongoing support. Support scope is defined by the proposal or contract.
10. Buyer obligations
pay and provide correct information and access on time;
follow vendor licences and protect credentials;
ensure lawfulness of CRM data and connected transfers;
obtain required consent for Meta, Google, and other integrations;
assign minimum staff permissions and maintain appropriate backups;
report faults promptly and avoid increasing loss.
11. Renewal and suspension
A subscription ends when the paid term expires unless renewal is agreed and paid. Automatic charging applies only if separately enabled. Access may be suspended for non-payment, licence breach, security risk, termination of a dependency, or vendor instruction.
12. Cancellation and refunds
Before activation, a buyer may request cancellation. A refund may deduct actual non-refundable cost already incurred, including vendor payments, where permitted by law.
After licence activation, key delivery, or subscription commencement, refunds follow mandatory law, vendor rules, and the individual contract. Non-use alone is not a defect. Statutory remedies remain available for a verified defect.
13. Acceptance, warranty, and claims
A licence is accepted on confirmed activation. Work is accepted under the contract, acceptance act, or specification. A fault report should identify expected and actual behaviour and reproduction steps.
A custom-work warranty period is stated in the order. It excludes vendor API changes, user actions, unauthorised modifications, unmet system requirements, and external infrastructure failure.
14. Intellectual property
The buyer receives a limited right of use within the paid licence. Third-party rights remain with the vendor and rights in standard SENZIB widgets and pre-existing components remain with SENZIB. Custom-development rights are defined by a separate contract.
15. Personal data and confidentiality
Contact and order data is processed to perform the order. Where SENZIB accesses the buyer’s customer data, roles, instructions, safeguards, and operations may be specified in a data processing agreement and specification.
Special, biometric, or other high-risk data should not be provided unless expressly agreed and lawfully safeguarded.
16. Liability and force majeure
The parties are liable under law and contract. To the extent allowed by law, SENZIB excludes indirect loss and events outside reasonable control, without limiting non-excludable liability.
A party is excused during extraordinary unavoidable circumstances if it gives timely notice and reasonably mitigates consequences.
17. Claims, law, and updates
Claims should be sent to hello@senzib.uz with the order number, facts, and requested remedy. Uzbekistan law applies; disputes proceed from negotiation to a competent court subject to mandatory consumer rights.
A new version applies to future orders and renewals. A paid order changes only by agreement, vendor terms, or mandatory law. Document version: 2.0. Effective date: 26.07.2026.
