Personal data processing consent
Legal terms governing the use of the SENZIB website and services.
1. Controller receiving consent

2. Subject confirmations
the subject acts voluntarily, understands the consent, and has legal capacity;
the data belongs to the subject or the subject is authorised to provide another person’s data;
the supplied data is accurate and relevant to the selected form;
the subject reviewed the Privacy Policy before submission.
3. Personal data covered
main form: name, phone, company, service, and comment;
partner form: name, company, role, phone, email, website, partnership type, and comment;
career form: name, phone, email, role, HH, portfolio, CV, and comment;
website language, page or product, UTM, referrer, time, and request security details;
subsequent communications where the subject continues the interaction.
4. Purposes
registering and reviewing the request;
calling back, writing, consulting, demonstrating, or providing trial access;
preparing a proposal, audit, specification, invoice, or contract;
reviewing a partnership or job application;
quality control, form security, and proof of consent.
5. Permitted operations
Consent covers collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, authorised staff access, transfer to agreed technical services, anonymisation, blocking, and deletion by automated, manual, or mixed methods.
6. Recipients and systems
Data is sent to amoCRM. Cloudflare Turnstile may protect the form. A CV may be transferred to amoCRM file infrastructure. Only personnel and providers who require the information for the stated purpose receive access.
7. Cross-border transfer
The subject consents to necessary transfers to providers that may process data outside Uzbekistan, provided SENZIB observes applicable legal requirements concerning basis, safeguards, and purpose limitation.
8. Duration and retention
Consent remains valid until the purpose is achieved, an applicable legal or contractual period expires, or withdrawal is received. The website technical log is retained for no more than 30 days. Job application materials are generally retained for up to 12 months.
9. Withdrawal
Consent may be withdrawn in whole or part by emailing privacy@senzib.uz. The request should identify the relevant submission. SENZIB will stop consent-based processing and delete data unless another lawful retention basis applies.
Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing and may prevent SENZIB from responding, continuing recruitment, or providing the requested service.
10. Electronic evidence
Consent is evidenced by the required checkbox, form submission, and a technical record of page, language, time, document version, and delivery result. Document version: 2.0. Effective date: 26.07.2026.
